Shipping

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location

• Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. courier delays, customs processing)

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

Returns

We accept returns within 5 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition

• All original tags must be attached

• Items must not be marked as final sale

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds.

Once your return is received and approved, you will be issued a store voucher equal to the value of the returned item.

• Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue

• Vouchers can be used on any future purchase
